Establishing and operating a business in China is exciting but not easy, especially when it involves legal issues. That’s one of the aspects GoEast is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs with in China. 

We have invited Professor Wang Jun from Law School, Fudan University to brief us about the legal aspects of startups doing business in China from the perspective of foreign founders. His lecture will:

  • shed light on legal issues for business startups
  • share do's & don'ts within Chinese legal and business environment
  • review case studies to see general regulations in action

-Joined Law Faculty of Fudan University since 1985. 

-Certified Attorney-at-Law specializing in IP and Competition Law, and civil litigation since 1992.

-Holds certificate of Legal Profession, issued by Ministry of Justice, 1992
