Online Campus Manager (Adult Programs)
网校校区经理（成人部）
Own the end-to-end operations of one online adult campus: scheduling, teacher coordination, class management, and cross-team collaboration to improve conversion, NPS, completion, and renewals.
负责”一个线上成人校区”的完整运营管理：排课、教师协调、班级管理及跨部门协作，持续提升转化、NPS、完课率与续报率。

岗位职责
- 负责成人网校的整体运营，包括排课、教师协调、班级管理、学习顾问（LC）协作等
- 对学员学习体验负责：跟进学习路径、满意度、完课率与续报率
- 与市场团队协作，推动线上成人部的招生、公开课、活动运营
- 与教师发展和教研部门协作：跟进教师教学表现与课堂反馈，推进老师的教学提升计划，进行教研沟通
- 负责教学与业务数据分析（转化、课耗、NPS、续报等），提出优化方案
- 持续完善线上校区流程，提高交付效率与教学品质
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，有 2年及以上线上教育平台或语言培训机构运营经验
- 英语流利，具备跨文化沟通经验，能够适应国际学员环境
- 对成人外语学习有深入的理解
- 具备结构化沟通能力、跨团队协作能力，能适应线上化、跨空间、多地团队协同模式
- 工作态度成熟、稳重、有责任心，愿意和团队长期共同建设

Online Campus Manager (Kids Programs)
网校校区经理（儿童部）
Lead end-to-end operations of the Kids online campus (ages 3–15): scheduling, delivery quality, conversion & retention, teacher training system upgrades, and cross-team scaling.
负责Kids网校整体运营管理（3–15岁），主导排课与交付稳定、转化与续报提升、培训体系升级，以及跨团队协作的规模化优化。

岗位职责
- 负责 Kids 网校整体运营管理，包括排课、调度、教师协调与教务流程优化，确保线上教学稳定高效运行
- 与教研团队协作推进课程产品迭代，基于课堂与家长反馈提出优化建议，推动教材、课件与学习路径的持续升级
- 管理培训部并建设师资成长体系，升级培训体系与导师制，组织教师培训并参与师资扩充与成长路径设计
- 推动业务增长与转化提升，协同市场团队开展公开课、体验课及促活活动，优化体验课 → 正课 → 续报的完整转化链路
- 升级家校沟通体系，制定流程模板与标准话术，并指导 LC 与教师规范执行与完成沟通闭环
- 负责 Kids 核心数据分析与标准化建设，跟踪转化、续报、课耗、满意度与排课质量，提出并推动可规模化执行的优化方案
- 保障上海冬季营与夏季营的顺利开展，协调师资、课程与家校沟通，确保营期教学质量与运营稳定交付
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上儿童/K12 教育或语言学习产品相关经验
- 具备课程产品迭代能力，能基于数据和反馈推动课程包、教材或学习路径的优化
- 理解儿童学习心理与跨文化家庭需求，具备体系化思维，可优化家校沟通与教学交付流程
- 有教师培训、教学规范输出或师资成长体系相关经验，能协同教研提升教学质量
- 熟悉线上化协作模式，具备跨团队项目管理与数据分析能力，稳定成熟、责任心强

Part-time Online Chinese Teacher (Adult)
线上成人汉语教师（兼职）
Teach one-on-one and small group Chinese classes to international business professionals worldwide. Fully remote, no commute required — flexible hours covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
通过线上平台，为全球外籍商务人士提供一对一及小班中文课程，无需坐班，时间灵活，涵盖上午、晚间及周末。

Part-time Online K12 Chinese Teacher
线上K12对外汉语教师（兼职）
Teach Chinese to international children and teens (ages 5–16) worldwide in one-on-one or small group sessions. Fully remote position, ideal for early-morning availability (7–9 AM daily).
通过线上平台，为全球5-16岁外籍儿童青少年提供一对一或一对二小班汉语课程，无需坐班，适合能开放早晨7-9点时间段的候选人。
岗位职责
- 课程类型：一对一或一对二小班课，通过公司提供的材料进行授课
- 学员群体：全球5-16岁外籍儿童青少年，线上授课，无需坐班
- 上课时间：周一至周日 7:00–9:00 AM
- 能持续兼职6个月及以上，每周能提供不少于20小时的开放时间

- 开放时间：能够开放早上7-9点的候选人优先
- 专业背景：对外汉语相关专业本科或以上学历毕业

Part-time Chinese Teacher (Shanghai Offline)
上海线下兼职汉语教师
Teach Chinese to expatriates and their families in Shanghai. Offer both one-on-one and small group classes at our Xuhui and Changning campuses, with peak hours in the evenings.
在上海为外籍人士及其家属教授中文。在我们的徐汇和长宁校区提供一对一和小班课程，晚间为高峰期。
Key Responsibilities
- Teach one-on-one and small group Chinese classes
- Work with expatriate professionals and their families in Shanghai
- Deliver classes at our Xuhui (Changle Road) and Changning (Dingxi Road) campuses
- Available for evening classes, especially peak hours 7pm–9pm
- Commit to at least 6 months of continuous teaching

Xuhui Campus
徐汇校区
Located in the prestigious city center near Anfu Road, surrounded by historic buildings, trendy boutiques, cafes, and restaurants under beautiful plane trees.
Changning Campus
长宁校区
Situated on Dingxi Road, this location is a food lover’s paradise with incredible dining options from street food to fine cuisine within a 10-minute walk.
Working at our Changning campus means never running out of lunch options – you could try a different restaurant every day for a month! From local delicacies to international cuisine, our team members never have to worry about tedious food delivery apps.
歌易GoEast在上海有两个线下校区，徐汇和长宁校区。徐汇校区位于上海市中心城区，位于”巨富长”地段，毗邻安福路。满街梧桐树和历史建筑，各条路上遍布了各种时尚小店、咖啡店、餐厅等等。长宁校区位于定西路，在这工作单是”吃饭”这件事就能让无数打工人羡慕——这里简直是美食爱好者的职场天堂，从街头小吃到精致简餐，从本地风味到全球料理，步行10分钟内的选择能让你一个月不重样，中午完全不用对着外卖软件纠结等待。

Professional Excellence? Absolutely guaranteed! Our full-time teaching team consists entirely of professionally trained educators. Our research and development team produces 20-30 educational projects annually, earning recognition through pure talent and expertise. We actively collaborate with universities, hosting lectures and workshops that showcase our commitment to educational innovation.
Work Environment? Simply unbeatable! With around 20 full-time team members, our office is never short of laughter. We have hidden comedians who can make you laugh until you snort, and “treat champions” who ensure afternoon tea with cakes and bubble tea never goes missing. The atmosphere is so welcoming that even the neighbor’s cat has become a permanent resident – when work gets tough, a quick cat cuddle and friendly chat instantly recharges your energy!
