Own the end-to-end operations of one online adult campus: scheduling, teacher coordination, class management, and cross-team collaboration to improve conversion, NPS, completion, and renewals.
负责“一个线上成人校区”的完整运营管理：排课、教师协调、班级管理及跨部门协作，持续提升转化、NPS、完课率与续报率。

Online Campus Manager (Kids Programs)

Lead end-to-end operations of the Kids online campus (ages 3–15): scheduling, delivery quality, conversion & retention, teacher training system upgrades, and cross-team scaling.

- 本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上儿童/K12 教育或语言学习产品相关经验
- 具备课程产品迭代能力，能基于数据和反馈推动课程包、教材或学习路径的优化
- 理解儿童学习心理与跨文化家庭需求，具备体系化思维，可优化家校沟通与教学交付流程

K12 Chinese Curriculum Specialist (R&D + Teaching)
K12汉语教研
Develop K12 courses (syllabus, teaching flow, courseware), train teachers, and teach multiple K12 programs (heritage/non-heritage, YCT, HSK). Support adult teaching during off-peak seasons.
负责K12课程研发与教学：大纲/教学流程/课件制作，培训老师使用课程；承担多类K12中文课程授课，并在非K12高峰期支持成人课程教学。
岗位职责
- 进行K12课程的开发工作，例如大纲设计、教学流程设计、课件制作等
- 培训K12老师使用开发完成的课程
- 担任多种K12中文课程的任课老师，包括但不限于华裔、非华裔、YCT、HSK课程等

任职要求

Part-time Chinese Teacher
上海线下兼职汉语教师
Teach Chinese to expatriates and their families in Shanghai. Offer both one-on-one and small group classes at our Xuhui and Changning campuses, with peak hours in the evenings.
在上海为外籍人士及其家属教授中文。在我们的徐汇和长宁校区提供一对一和小班课程，晚间为高峰期。
Key Responsibilities
- Teach one-on-one and small group Chinese classes
- Work with expatriate professionals and their families in Shanghai
- Deliver classes at our Xuhui (Changle Road) and Changning (Dingxi Road) campuses
- Available for evening classes, especially peak hours 7pm-9pm
- Commit to at least 6 months of continuous teaching

Full-time Chinese Teacher
全职对外汉语教师
Join our core teaching team as a full-time Chinese teacher. Work with international students, develop personalized teaching plans, and contribute to our world-class teaching methodology.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop teaching plans and lesson materials based on student needs and GoEast methodology
- Track student learning outcomes and provide regular evaluation and feedback
- Answer student questions and provide guidance on learning challenges
- Communicate with students about learning progress and assist with course renewals
- Collect student data regularly and manage course progress risks

Requirements

- Extensive experience teaching small group classes (4-8 students)

Be the bridge between international students and their Chinese learning journey. Provide consultations, assess proficiency levels, design course plans, and guide students from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

徐汇校区

Changning Campus
长宁校区
Situated on Dingxi Road, this location is a food lover’s paradise with incredible dining options from street food to fine cuisine within a 10-minute walk.

Our research and development team produces 20-30 educational projects annually, earning recognition through pure talent and expertise. We actively collaborate with universities, hosting lectures and workshops that showcase our commitment to educational innovation.
Work Environment? Simply unbeatable! With around 20 full-time team members, our office is never short of laughter. We have hidden comedians who can make you laugh until you snort, and “treat champions” who ensure afternoon tea with cakes and bubble tea never goes missing. The atmosphere is so welcoming that even the neighbor’s cat has become a permanent resident – when work gets tough, a quick cat cuddle and friendly chat instantly recharges your energy!
